How we research
Our research combines hands-on use of products where possible, review of official documentation, pricing pages and terms, and comparison against alternatives in the same category. When a statement is based on a provider’s own claims rather than our own testing, we say so.
Ratings
Where we publish ratings, they summarize our overall assessment against the criteria above. We do not publish fabricated user reviews or invented ratings.
